The
exclusive and innovative System Box
is composed of a densely packed series of 2.2mm
diameter hardened steel-wire springs, whose
flexibility is calibrated with perfect symmetry,
surrounded by anti-sag bags in indeformable
water-activated polyurethane foam with high
density and calibrated consistency. Selected
insulating materials in pressed felt and thermo
fused materials overlaid on the spring system
in a single unit with the System Box,
insulate the spring system from the outer layers
of the wadding, making it silent and firm.
As well as high internal air circulation and
substantial thermal insulation, features that
provide the basis for an excellent sense of
individual well being in the various stages
of sleep, the System Box gives
the finished mattress a pleasing aesthetic effect
