EXPORT is a semi-orthopaedic mattress of medium rigidity. Internally it is constituted of the semi-rigid “Bonnel” spring system, composed of springs with calibrated flexibility arranged in perfect symmetry, realised in carbon steel wire and connected by carbon steel spirals. Selected heat-fused needle punched felts insulate the springs from the surface padding layers and ensure unequalled silence and compactness. The padding in regenerated grey batting for both sides of the mattress and the synthetic fibre damask fabric are the perfect finishing touches for a comfortable, convenient and compact mattress.
